CANCELLATION POLICY: If the booking is cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival a charge of 3 nights will appy. In the case of a 'no show' the entire stay will be charged and no reimbursement will be given.

LATE CHECK OUT: No guarantee can be given regarding late check out, but if we have availability we will provide this, please contact us on arrival to know if this is possible.

CHILDREN POLICY: For ages up till 1.99 years and when sharing the room with two adults, we provide a cot and the child is free of charge. (Any meals will be charged). Studios cannot accommodate more than 2 Adults and an infant. In the case of a T1 Apartment: Children 2 - 11 years, sharing with two adults, get a discount. Please specify this in your booking notes, so that we can provide an extra bed in the room, and in case of a child 2 yrs or older, allow discount price of the triple room.

T1 APARTMENT/TRIPLE ROOM: The third bed is a sofa bed in the sitting room, and the prices shown are for three adults. Children 2 - 11 years, sharing with two adults, get a discount. Please specify this in your booking notes, so that we can, allow discount price of the triple room.
